Because vertical oscillation is stateless. The Duux server doesn’t keep track of its state (in the Duux mobile app, the state also isn’t shown after restarting). This means that my app has no way to check the current state, so you can only set the vertical oscillation

Hi, I have a question. I see that I can only set the horizontal oscillatie and not the vertical oscillatie. Is it possible to build that in this screen as well so that I can always set it manually? Maybe there is also another way where that can be set up manually, but that I don’t know could someone help me with that and explain where I can find that?

Does anyone have a Whisper Flex 2…? Can’t get it in pairing mode and GOOOD.. Duux is slow at replying.
Maybe they re-use the LCD panel for both WiFi-enabled and the “dumb” models to save costs?
When searching it up the model DXCF88 is a smart model… Duux has given me wrong information before… I can’t trust what they’re saying..
oh well. I guess i’ll send it back to get a NOT DXCF88.. It’s so hard to find them in Norway right now though… (got it from coolshop.no) but the site is 404 now.
If anyone has a Threesixty or Edge that’s not yet supported, please let me know. I see many automated reports from the app about type ID 20, I think it might be an (original) Threesixty or another variant of the Edge
