It seems like that’s an issue with how Homey generates the Flow cards. Is the slider in the device (in Homey) still correct?
Hi Sven,
Yes, the slider is still correct. It has the correct values 1-30
I think it’s an issue with how Homey generates the Flowcards, that’s not something I can change AFAIK. If I change it so the Flowcards are correct, then the slider in the device page will show the wrong values
Hi Sven, so am I the only one with this problem? If there are more people with this problem, shouldn’t the Athom people be able to do something about this?
Someone sent a diagnostics report with ID 9379d2df-1b68-4ae2-b838-bfe9d9202d5e
I need additional details to check for any issues, like are you using any blocking tools such as Pi-Hole or AdGuard? Please let me know in DM. It appears to be a network issue, have you tried restarting your router already?
I added my Duux Whisper Flex (version 1.222803) to Homey. I can find and connect it, but any commands won’t seem to reach the fan. On/off / rotation / fan speed, none seem to do anything.
Hi! Can you share a diagnostics report (More->Apps->Duux Gen2->Settings (top right corner)->Create Diagnostics Report)? And are you using any (ad)blocking tools like Adguard or Pi-Hole?
Please test the new version:
The numbers in the fan speed Flowcard is a Homey bug/issue, I can’t change that. The card still works fine AFAIK
Thanks! It works, but would it be possible to get all the different degrees? Seems like it does the lowest oscillation degree.
Also, possible to add a toggle horizontal and a toggle veritcal oscillation flow card? (Thank you so much for this app, i had a LOT of struggle with Duux before this app was created since the original Duux app only supported Gen 1 fans.)
Should be fixed now in 2.8.3, please let me know if it works.
