Hi Phuturist! I’ve seen that for the Shelly 3EM device, phase 1 in Homey finally mentions the total Power given, i.e. the sum of the Power from phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3. This is very good news. However, the Power of phase 1 is called “Power” and the total Power of the three phases - also mentioned under the device of phase 1 in Homey - is also called “Power”, which is not ideal and can lead to confusion. Would it be possible to call the second ‘Power’ data on phase 1 ‘Total Power’ for better clarity?

This was added quite some time ago already including the correct naming for this capability. It might require you to re-pair the device before this to become visible however.

In the Homey Shelly app it has the Shelly 1 device IP correct but the username field is populated with an old Homey IP address. This doesn’t seem to matter but does/should it?

Sounds to me like some migration or copy/paste issue. Probably doesnt hurt but better to just remove it.

Sounds to me your device is either faulty, to far away from a WiFi access point or you have something misconfigured in your network.

My guess it’s not the first but one of the other two or something else entirely. But all the possible info is already in the first post. If you followed that to the letter (including reboots of both Homey and the Shelly device and you have confirmed you are on the latest firmware) there is not much more to do.

Hi… found out before you replied that the shelly cant use 5ghz network. Its on 2.4ghz now. The shelly app and everything works. But it still wont connect to homey

I can try to reset the homey later.

Regarding the wifi address, that format doesn’t look correct to me if that is the second half. It should start with http://192 Is the 5G part because you’re using a 5G wireless router to ISP and not a cable connection? Although I still don’t think that address should start with 5G

I’ve never known the network freq to be added to the LAN IP so I’m still thinking there is something not correct with your network setup

Hi, Thanks for a great app!

I have a number of Shelly1 devices working really well and have just received a bunch of new ShellyPlus1 devices and am having trouble with pairing. Pairing error is :

An error occured when trying to add the device. This usually happens when the device is not on the latest firmware, a battery powered device is not kept awake during pairing or there are networking issues. See the pairing instructions in the support topic on the community forum. The error is: Device with IP address 192.168.1.102 does not support outbound websocket, make sure you update your Shelly to the latest firmware.

I have check the firmware of the device and it is 20211201-095144/0.0.0-g741ce0c which the Shelly app is telling me is the latest.

Any pointers in what I may be doing wrong?

You did not read the pairing instructions and followed them to the letter. It would tell you to connect the device to the cloud before checking the firmware.

Thanks, trick for new players, the Shelly App didn’t do a firmware upgrade - cloud says connected but obviously isn’t. You need to log on to the device webpage and update from there regardless of whether you have cloud connection enabled or not. Shelly app seems buggy at best.

I own a Shelly Qubino Wave 2PM. Apparently, this device is not yet supported by the Homey Pro or the Shelly App for Homey.

Are there plans to support this device in the Shelly app for Homey Pro in the near future?

Is there any way at the moment to teach the device to the Homey Pro as a Z-wave gateway and to use the Shelly Qubino Wave 2PM with the Homey Pro?

Yes, I’m awaiting this device. Once I received it I will add it to the app. For now without energy capabilities though as Athom need to fix their zwave driver package. See known issues in the first post.

You could try and pair it as generic zwave device.

Many thanks for the quick feedback, then I hope that it doesn’t take too long until you can use the device with the Homey Pro, at least with the basic function.

I had already tried to add the device via Homey → Zwave, unfortunately that didn’t work either.

Hi, since a couple of week now there is a differens between the energy consumption in Homey and Shelly app.
They have been equal since they were new, but something has happen.

I have not change anything.
Tried to reinstall app and relays, but no difference.

Any suggestions?
