Cloud is not required for either wifi of zwave when using Homey Pro. On Homey cloud you obviously need a bridge to connect zwave devices.
Restart the Shelly App, then it will work. There is something wrong with it but after a restart it work like it should.
I have exactly the same restarting the shelly, and the shelly app on homey doesnât work

I just got my Shelly HT plus and Shelly motion devices finally into homey after lots of pain. What worked for me finally was to make sure they were powered by USB and in a Set-up state, even though they had already been added to the Shelly cloud app.
Now I have issues with the motion sensors, they are really unreliable in showing motion alarms in Homey. Only 2 out of 4 have actually shown signs of the alarm showing (one time for each device), and the other 2 have never shown alarm. All devices report alarm correctly in the shelly web app.
Tamper alarm and luminance seems to report just fine as well.
So what can I do to get reliable motion alarms from shelly motion into homey? It is what they are made for, and the motion is correctly set in shelly. So its just wrong in homey.
Follow step 2 of the troubleshooting guide in the first post. Even though the devices are paired, the setup probably has not completed correctly.
So I followed #2, and I have checked the COIOT being enabled with Homeys IP in the remote address for all devices.
When you say re-pair devices, does that mean re-pair in Homey only? In which state does the device need to be in homey? should I delete them first?
Ok, so I deleted one Motion sensor in Homey, and was able to re-pair it. And now it seems to behave more as expected. Now I have deleted 2 more, but they dont show up again in the add dialog. Gonna check the troubleshooting again, but in case you see this before the other reply I had =)

It seems like my device is broken. It always worked but since yesterday it suddenly canât reach the host device. IP adres of the device is still the same and I can control it through the Shelly app.
So I thought let me delete the Shelly Plug device from Homey. Now I canâ't add it anymore. I can select the device to install and press âGa doorâ. Afterwards I get a blank screen and nothing happens for half an hour. See screenshot.

I already tried reinstalling the app (install after restart homey) and I tried on webbrowser and on phone.
Is this a bug?

Need a little help here. Trying to emerge to Homey pro 23 from pro 19, and having big problems with my Shelly TRVs. I can see the TRVs IP adresses fine in the Shelly Homey app, and choose the device i want, but when trying to connect to it, i just get a new screen saying âNew devices foundâ but there is no devices on the screen. Have several other Shelly devices that are working fine, but i installed them prior to the latest updates on both Homey and the Shelly app. Have tryed going back to Homey 19, but is is the same story, blank screen after chosing device. Homey and TRVs are on same network. Everything hav been reebotet many times, factory reset the TRVs and so on. I removed them from pro 19 first, and even tryed to uninstall the app on the old Homey.
Hoping for some help, otherwise 9 Shelly TRV`s are for cheap sale

Hi, is it not possible to make one Shelly plus smoke detector in alarm to activate the other Shelly plus smoke in my house? Seems that there are some flow-cards missing in the app?
