[APP][Pro][Cloud] P2000 for Homey (Dutch 112 (911) alerts

sinds een paar weken werkt de app helaas niet meer? Ik krijg geen meldingen in mijn widget

The app is working. Thit you try to reboot your HP?

I have the same problem.

I did reboot HP and the app, no result.

Try separate condiments cards?

Flow test won’t work with the p2000 app

For a couple of days i also didn’t get any notifications.
After a restart of the app it is working again.

Same here, very annoying; it’s been happening since the last release.

Is it posible to make a flow:
een nieuw melding is ontvangen => Catergorie is Aardgas geconstateerd => maak een melding

Or is this not posible with category’s?

I think that does work with categories, but I’ve actually never come across the category “Aardgas”.
“Gaslucht” is more likely to appear in the report.

Ontwikkelaar geeft aan om de homey opnieuw op te starten bij dit probleem. Blijkbaar heeft deze ontwikkelaar niet de intentie om het probleem op te lossen, lijkt mij dan ook niet een donatie waard.

Well,
Not this way, anyway, no. Your report simply contains notifications that don’t match your flow, so you’re not receiving them. The app runs smoothly on the latest version here.

Your analysis is complete nonsense. The alerts in my report do indeed match up, and that isn’t even the issue.
The P2000 device has been inactive for hours and hasn’t received a single alert; it seems highly unlikely to me that not a single P2000 alert was issued in the Netherlands during that 12-hour period.

Since several people have already reported this on the forum and you aren’t taking it seriously—or aren’t willing to look into it properly—that’s where I draw the line. I’m done using your apps, as you clearly have no interest in seriously investigating problems.

I wish you the best of luck with the further development of your Homey apps.

@LRvdLinden can you see if something is wrong with this rapport?

here it also doesnt work. when using for example the P2000 tag in a THEN card, it says
Invalid Token: homey:device:XXXXXXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX|p2000

(without the X’s but removed the original key)

@Dnhaas Do you have a example of your flow.
Maybe someone can see if there is something wrong.

Hi everyone,

I noticed a limitation with the condition card when filtering by priority in the P2000 Homey app.

The condition card currently offers 5 priority categories. However, when an ambulance is dispatched for either an A0 or an A1 call, both are reported as Priority 1 within the app. Because they share the same priority number, it is currently impossible to filter flows specifically between A0 and A1 dispatches.

Would it be possible to split these priorities or add a categorie so we can separate A0 from A1 calls in my flows?

Can’t you just use a Homey default logoc card and look for the P2000 message and search the priority to A0?
