I saw your link to the app and it is the one I am using. The screen shots I provided don’t look familiar to you?
I went through all brands / devices proposed by the app and cannot find a teleruptor.
I do not have what they call the Starter pack (they call it control module in the app) which is a kind of Legrand box to pair their device. I thought like many other brands their box is optional, maybe not
I am only familiar with the Android app and not with the Iphone app, but there should be a place where you can add me as a guest to your home.
Try to find the settings button somewhere on this app and look for “Guests” or something similar.
I know it sounds weird but there are absolutely no settings in the app I have access to. The main screen is this one
So it looks like the orange icon is to add users, but when I click on it the only option is to enter info I should have received by email from another user granting me access to his installation, exactly what you are asking me to do, but I can’t
It seems as though if I don’t have a product installed I cannot do anything, but if I cannot install a product I’m stuck.
These guys at Legrand lust be genious
Either way i will get rid of this device as it does not even work for me (it cannot work it seems when only neutral is at the switches), so I would need to change my wiring

The energy section has come to Homey with the new update. If you could please tell me, is there a chance to bring the Legrand energy meter to Homey as the main meter? If the energy meter is visible in the area I marked in the photo, we will have a much more accurate measurement.

Hello. I have the Bticino Classe 300EOS indoor video unit. It works with the doorbell and other Netamo cameras. It is fully integrated in the Netatmo Security app. Is it possible to have it in your app?

I will love to add support for the Classe 300EOS to my app, but since I do not own such a device, I will need you to share your home with me.
If you choose to do so, please notice that I will be able to see all your devices, including cameras, so you might want to cover your cameras for the time I am implementing the integration. I assume the implementation will take a few days.
I am committed not to change any of your devices without contacting you first.
Sharing your home with me can be done in the following way:
Open the Netatmo Control + app on your smartphone, click the settings (“Gear”) icon at the bottom, choose “Guests” and then “Invite a user”. Use my email.
I completely understand if you don’t feel comfortable in sharing your home with me due to privacy/security concerns - it’s perfectly understandable.

I have just one request regarding the outdoor unit of weather station, is it possible to shown also the air quality measure?
Regarding the CO alarm there is a refuse, because it’s says “Co2 alarm” instead of “CO alarm” .

Sorry for my late response - I have been busy with some personal issues lately.
From what I can see, the external unit does not report the air-quality. It reports only the temperature and the humidity.
But it might be that I have the wrong information (the Netatmo documentation far from being perfect).
Can you please send me a diagnostic report so I can check? (App settings → Send Diagnostics Report). Please mention the issue in the comment of the report so i will know to correlate to your case.
As for the comment on the CO alarm, I did not exactly understand your intention. Did you get any kind of error when you had the alarm? If so, can you please send me a screenshot? Can you explain exactly what you mean when saying “there is a refuse”? What was the flow that failed - adding the device, or activating it?

I did a bit of a research, and I understand how to add it. Unfortunately, it’s not a trivial implementation, and it will take me some time to implement this (my availability during this period is not very high).
I hope i can get to it soon, but I can not commit on any ETA.
I will update this forum once its implemented.
