I also have netatmo thermostatic valves and an indoor and outdoor thermostat.

I am trying the Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo apps to pair a Legrand Drivia Teleruptor but I am not able to pair.
I have created a Netatmo account, the app seems to be able to connect to it during the pairing process, but then nothing happens.
The teleruptor is listed as a supported device, but I’l not even sure how to trigger pairing on the device. In the Legrand user guide (video) they first trigger pairing form the Legrand box, and then acknowledg on the teleruptor itself

Also i should add the devide is not list on the Netatmo app since I do not have the Netatmo start pack (I don’t remember the exact name, but it’s basically like their box).
On the site of the app it is written:“If you have any apps defined on https://dev.netatmo.com, you should disable them prior to using this app”, so I guess I should be ok.

Is there any kind of device that you can add to my app? If so, please add at least one device (it doesn’t matter which device) and send diagnostics report again.
yes there are no devices added because I cannot add my device…
what other device could I add to your app? I do not have any Legrand / Netatmo device unfortunately. Can it be something from another brand by any chance?
I have a SONOFF ZBmini (to control lights) and I see that there is an option for Light Micromodule in your app

In that case, i will need you to share your home with me so I can check your devices.
In order to share your home, open the Netatmo Control + app on your smartphone, click the settings (“Gear”) icon at the bottom, choose “Guests” and then “Invite a user”.
Use my email.
Please notice that once you share your home with me, I will be able to see all of your devices. I am committed not to change any of your devices without coordinating with you first.
I could not find an app call Netatmo Control + app on the Apple store.
I did install an app called Home + COntrol (by Legrand)
But I guess since I do not have any product installed, the first thing it’s asking me is to install a product. i chose Legrand for the brand, but bad news the teleruptor is not supported in the listed devices

hello, it does not seem so.
My device is this one by Legrand
Then when I go into the Home § COntrol app, I can select the brand Legrand
then I can select devices that go into the electrical board
but then I cannot find the teleurptor device, it is not listed, although it is an official Legrand product, and you also list it on your app…

If your device can not be controlled by the Netatmo Home + Control app (the link I sent below), then I will not be able to control it from my app.

just trying to understand why Legrand is selling a device that cannot be controlled by the Legrand app, and why you are also referencing it on your app.

Are you sure it can not be controlled by the Home+Control app? (the link I sent earlier)
