[APP][Pro] Balboa

Thanks for letting us know!

Hmm, the CMS app seems to be back online, but canā€™t retrieve the status of my spa nor control anything. Says Ā«UnavailableĀ» in the CMS web app. Anyone able to do anything or is it still not operational?

Seems like itā€™s not operational yetā€¦ :frowning:

Partially available now. At least I am able to connect, but canā€™t control anything. Seems to be ā€œread-onlyā€. What does the API response indicate @martijnpoppen ?

@Grath no idea
Dont have a spa myself
If youre willing to share your credentials with me I can check

Itā€™s not working. Do you need some information from me?

If you could share your account temporarily then I can check the API

I also tried the controlmyspa app using the test credentials I have (not sure if they still work) but the app also gives errors.

But might be the credentials. API is also throwing errors

How can I get it?

Theres no share option or something like that. Its just you have to share your login with me.

Only if you want to ofcourse

I agree. Would be really useful to control filter cycles based on electricity prices.

Hello. Very keen on getting the app to work, but it does not find my spa.
I have a working Balboa acount and can connect through the native app. When signing up for cloud controll it only let me create a username with letters, not an email address. Your app ask for an email adress for signing in?

Hey @Audun_Sivertsen
Are you using the controlmyspa app or BWA app?

Did not find any other then the ControlMySpa

Is it in the app store?

I have a Balboa control on my spa

@Audun_Sivertsen i mean which app you use on your phone (not Homey)

Balboa has 2 wifi controllers:

  • The BWA module
  • The controlmyspa module

Sorry. The bwa

@Audun_Sivertsen BWA is not compatible with this app.

For BWA there are no Integrations for Homey.

Ok. Thank you. Is the app based on direct comunication with the spa or throug the cloud service?

Controlmyspa trough cloud
BWA should be direct communication
