I hope that @OH2TH does not mind.
But I will thank @martijnpoppen for developing this app, even though he does not own any Balboa equipment. I was asking for the possibility to adjust the Filter-cycle time with a flow, and he made it possible. That has made a huge difference for me! As of that, I am sure that @OH2TH will maintain and develop this app for further use, at the best effort! I really enjoy and appreciate this app.
Thank you @Marius_Stensrod for your kind donation.
Having same issue. New app and website login is working but Homey isn’t anymore. Can’t login anymore from homey app.
@Marius_Stensrod thanks for the compliment! ![]()
Thanks for this update. I’m trying to install the new test version and after my credentials are accepted, after I add the hot tub (via controlmyspa) to Homey, I get an error: “Empty ‘data’ property”

First of all, welcome to the Homey Community!
To make sure you are aware of the forum rules, please read the Welcome to the forum! post here.
Restart the app, try adding your device again.
If the error persists. Then send me a diagnostics report from Apps → Balboa → App settings (the small gear icon) → Create Diagnostics Report. Add your forum name in the message.
Pushing these updates now to the live release. Athom will probably do a more throrough review to it with all the changes and could take some time. Those who are in a hurry can still install the test version.
It works, thank you.
Thanks - sent!

Thanks for your work on this @OH2TH - Working!
@OH2TH Thank you for your nice work. Login worked for me on 2.3.5.
(The app auto-updated from test to stable but I just turned that setting off until test merges into stable).
Hi, thanks for all the effort that you put into this!!.
Issues:
(I can login to Homey app(v12.4.2) and connect it to Balboa (app version 2.3.5))
- But The homey app does not read any value(even when is “awake”).
- Balbo does not respond to any triggered flows in Homey
Any idees about this?
Could you restart the app, and try to control you spa, like set to rest / ready and back.
After that, go to • • • → Apps → Balboa → Settings (
) → Create Diagnostics Report and fill in your forum name and send it.
Send it to you here in forum or any other way ?
Tried to send it to you ![]()
Got it.
Was your Spa paired already before the app and API updates?
For some reason it is not able to link to you spa device.
I’ll send you a PM.
