One thing I stumbled upon… BWG is not that good in security. They have a API url which contains all info of all users who own a SPA with the CMS module. I already contacted them and hopefully they will fix this ASAP as this is a security risk. Hopefully that doesn’t mean they will close off the CMS app for Homey aswell :crossed_fingers:

Looks like the is a authentication issue as I see it if I run it as a developer would.

There must be something wrong with BWA’s authentication platform because when I’m trying to add new spa (I’ve reinstalled the app), I’m getting the ā€œThe provided credentials are not valid.ā€ error message for credentials that work fine on the https://iot.controlmyspa.com/portal/spas portal. When I’m trying to change the password there, I always get the:

error message no matter what new passord I’m trying to choose…

The error has been there since i was forced to change password by the CMS-app. Have you been forced to change password?

I haven’t. But I gave it a try since the current password (that works fine with the balboa mobile app and their portal) was rejected as invalid when used in homey balboa app to add new device. So I’m stuck with my current password (which I don’t care much about) but Balboa’s servers keep rejecting Martijn app’s attempts to log-in even though he’s updated it 3 times over the past few days…
