Only thing I did was removing uppercase and spaces from the username
And removing spaces from the password
Seems like that did the trick

@martijnpoppen hello, Iāve added 4 Iphones, 3 work perfectly. My Iphone 13 show the distance from home that is multiplied by 1000. Iāve tried to restart both app and Iphone but it remains the same. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks

it seems that also the other are not really working. One has moved from a position to home and no update at all.

You can send the report from the app settings.
More - apps - Find My - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier)
one minute ago, mine is now indicating the correct distance. The other one that as moved, is still in the initial position

hello, Iāve uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, adding the devices again. It seems that now they are regularly updated. So far so good. So thanks for your App and the fast support.

Can you make sure to attach the charger to your phone and after that send a report ?
@Roy_Van_Bellingen checked the report but i donāt see anything weird. The flowcard should just trigger.
