@Dylan_Wisselo not sure if you have seen it but updated the app this morning :slight_smile:

@martijnpoppen yes i saw it like 20 minutes ago. I just downloaded the app again. Unfortunately, for the past 15 minutes I am still getting the same bug as my previous post :frowning:

@Dylan_Wisselo please send a report

@martijnpoppen report number is 8c2c0702-fc77-4f9b-989e-150158523870

@Dylan_Wisselo as far as I see your authentication is wrong

Can you try here? https://icloud.com/find

@martijnpoppen it works fine over there. I can see my devices.
When I use my own account it does not work. As soon as I use my wife’s account then it does.
So I think I’ll just use hers :wink:

@Dylan_Wisselo it sometimes helps to try from another device eg a laptop

@martijnpoppen I will give that a try. Thanks for the quick responses.

The statusses for my devices are not updating.

The app seems to work without giving errors. After adding a device the initial statusses are loaded correctly. After a short while (don’t know the exact timespan), lets say 1 hour, the application no long updates the device statusses.

When restarting the app from the homey settings, the statusses are updated, but again only for a short time period.

@Sander_Muurmans already tried a repair?

Yes multiple times and with different devices aswell.

@Sander_Muurmans I did check the report but i don’t see any issues. can you tell me a bit more about the setup. How many accounts you installed etc.

I installed 2 accounts. One Ipadair 2, one Iphone13 and one Iphone15.

As you can see in the attached image, the last movement update time is 10 hours ago, which is obviously not accurate. The phone has had a stable connection to the internet on different uplinks the entire time.

I just restarted the app again, which correctly updated the battery level to 64% and some other variables, but not all of them. Also it will probably stay at 64% untill i restart the app again, only if I am lucky it gets one more update at 63%, but I doubt it ever getting to 62%.

@Sander_Muurmans also here I can’t do anything with an image. Please send a report the next time it stops updating. Maybe it shows something in the logs

Currently writing this at 20:00 Amsterdam time:
All devices stopped updating 4 hours ago from the time of this diagnostics report. So as you can see by the time of my previous message, this should be relatively close after the restart where it did work for a short while. I can not see any more specific time and do not know how this is rounded, you might have a better time estimate yourself.

Maybe a point for you to look at, one of the devices, the Ipad Air 2, is not online. So this device wont be sending any updates and this is fine. Perhaps this also stops the other devices from updating (whilst it shouldn’t)?

Hey @Sander_Muurmans
Did not receive the report

I think you should restart your homey to make sure the reports are send
