Homey is a third-party service using our APIs, we are not linked to them or their developments
If the feature correctly works in the native Netatmo apps, you must contact them or their community directly

It reports when needed, not possible to do anything about that.

Check that the WHEN card you are using fron this app trigger like it should wil a ā€œThen write to timelineā€ card.

I opened a support request for Athom and added two diagnostic reports:

  1. When Homey (cloud in this case) can’t control the smart valves with Error: Nothing to update (Code 406)
  2. After uninstalling and re-installing the Netatmo app test version and Homey can successfully control them again (only for 2 or 3 days in my experience)

I a newer Homey pro client.
My idea is to use a automatically flow that ā€œif rain gauge of netatmo detects that it is rainingā€ turn it off a smart plug for example or pull down the shutters. I have a sengled plug and function the flow but only when reboot netatmo in the setting on homey pro How can i able a periodic update of netatmo data in homey pro?? Thanks

Support info is to be found at almost every app page at homey.app store

The update interval of Netatmo devices can take up to 7 minutes, some Devices up to 10 minutes and it’s only updated in Homey if needed.

This was communicated on the old community platform at the time. The time of 7/10 minutes is fix and given by Netatmo.

I have never measured the update interval because all flow cards work so far. I cannot say whether the information about the 7/10 minutes is still current.

I have view that netatmo read the change less than 5 min… Homey script can do that? You can help me?

No. Scripting is nothing for me. ;-). Sorry.

Then a better question to Netatmo support would be: ā€œAre there any recent API changes that are not backwards compatible?ā€ Because if Netatmo changes there API , this could cause the Homey app not to function correctly anymore.

I keep getting the error 406

Talking to some people, to those that it works have thermostat, do those who have valves + thermostat confirm that it works?

Because if so, I give up

Everthing is working with valves and thermostaat (with the app Bitcone/legrand/netatmo)

Only valves don’t work?

I’am not goining to remove my thermostat to test that. That’s a lot of (advanced) flows to de fix :face_with_peeking_eye:

Sorry guys, I was abroad for a while. I can now change the temperatures via the Homey app. Also I can now gointo the settings on the Homey Web page. Good enough for me.

Sometimes it helps to simply do Maintenance → Repair.
