I can successfully access the settings page.
Not sure what is causing this. You said you reinstalled the app but did you also try to remove the devices, uninstall the app and do a clean fresh install and re-add the valves?

I have not uninstalled device before uninstalling the app. I figured uninstalling the app also deletes the valves, amonst everything else. I will give it a go.
It normally does but since the issue seems to be fixed for most after they released the 5.6.5 test version I was wondering if it could help fixing the issue on your side. I checked my valves this morning and I can adjust temperature without error.
Same Here when changing the names of the valves
@Ype & @Zuidveen Which Homey are you using? Maybe the issue only happens with a specific Homey hardware / version.
For these Natatmo smart valves Iâm using Homey Cloud. I just renamed one valve a second ago and it worked.
it is all working now. changed the valve names on the laptop. but now I also can do it in the homey app on iPhone
All my termostats just went offline. Unable to repair. A restart of the app doesnât work as well, as it usually does. Version 5.6.5
Unfortunately the issue Error: Nothing to update (Code 406) is back, for me. Iâve tried to reinstall both 5.6.5 and 5.6.4
This seemed to be temporary for a few hours yesterday. System is back on track.
Yes it was just a couple of hours it was down. Strange, as the regular netatmo app was working just fine. So doubt it was netatmo serverâs that were down.
Sorry, I had to go away for a while.
I am using Homey Pro 2023. I canât remove the valves before removing the app: when i hit the cog wheel, I get the âsomething went wrongâ screen. I can change temperature, bit not go to settings. After reinstalling the app it is still the same.
On a laptop or pc you can first delete your device and then the app.
On your phone it wonât work, because of the error message.
As @Hugo pointed out, try from the Web App on a PC: https://my.homey.app/
For anyone where the test version of Homey fixed the issue of controlling the valves, do you see any Insights and are they reflecting the real value?
On my side, out of all the connected valves, only half are reporting Insights, and the data does not even refresh once a day
Insights for all five valves seem to update nicely here. Think they also did while the 406 bug was present in the Homey app.
Thank you for your update @Trond_Nordfjaern . Iâll reach out to Homey support
There seems to be more bugs/issues with Netatmo API here. Discovered that it was 19 days since âthe doorbell has been rangâ had been triggered by the Netatmo smart doorbell (corresponds more or less to the launch of version 5.6.3 of the app). Tested and the doorbell does not trigger the when card, neither in this app or in the âunofficialâ Netatmo/bticino app. They seem to share the same issues all the way.
The same here, the trigger âthe doorbell has been rangâ doesnât work anymore for a long time!
And I got the 406 error code again (nothing to update) when trying to adjust temperature while itâs still working in SmartThings. Either they use another api or Homey is reaching their quota on the api.
It would be nice to have this fixed, it has been a while we are having issue with Netatmo devices. If Netatmo is unable to provide additional information on whatâs going on with their api, maybe itâs time for them to move to another api management solution.
@Doekse should we open a support ticket or this is still on your radar?
If the issue remains for a few more weeks, Iâll be looking at other thermostatic valves with local control and say goodbye to Netatmo. In SmartThings, these valves are lacking proprer integration (reporting only once a day) so something tells me Netatmo went cheap with their api
I installed Netatmo app and uploaded my valves.
The system sees temperature, gradivi batteries, in short everything
I only have one problem as soon as I tell it to change the temperature or go into the settings it tells me that the valve is not reachable
Attention with Apple home kit I see and control them, with official Netatmo app (from iPhone) no problem
What can I do? I use official Netatmo app on Homey
