Tried a homey reboot?

Seems to be a process running or anything that blocks the install.

This bug should’ve been addressed by Athom. It’s not app related.
But to solve it now, you’d reboot your network devices (including A.P.'s).

A Homey reboot doesn’t solve this particular issue.

unfortunately rebooting homey and network devices both do not help at all. Peter do you have more insights into the actual issue?

I’m sorry, Sander. When you know how, please disable IPv6 on your router.
Make sure to update Homey firmware as well.

Could you install the app, then send a Homey diagnostics report to Athom and let me know the number so I can ask Athom to look into it?

What do you consider as a tahoma box?

I have the connectivity kit. It is all Tahoma ofcourse. I cant see nothing like local mode on this device when logging in on my somfy account.

There are specific boxes called Tahoma classic and Tahoma switch. As far as I know the connectivity kit has never been called a Tahoma box anymore than Connexoon has.

Hello, in a few days I will add Awning and roller shutter devices with Tahoma Switch device.
Can I connect Tahoma Switch device with the HP23 without issues?
Will I use the “Tahoma / Connexoon Hub” app from homey???
Anyone have issues?

After the latest Homey Updates, the ipv6 issues have been resolved. I am now able to install apps again. The Somfy Tahoma app no longer asks for credentials and there is no config for it either. So after reinstalling the app, I am unfortunately still not able to reconnect to Somfy.

You can update your credentials in the app settings page.

Hi would it be possible to add Somfy Zigbee blinds as a device type (for the Tahoma switch)? thanks.

If they are in your Tahoma then they should be available to the Homey app.
Can you send the Device Log from the App settings page. Tap on Get Devices and then Send.
I’m on holiday for a week, so I will get on it as soon as I can.

Hello, thanks a lot for this app.
I have add the Somfy receiver (RTS) 1841022 to my Tahoma Switch without problem but I can’t find it in you app, can you add it please ?
Can you said me how I can check if the local connection is ok please ?

Can you send the Device Log from the App settings page so I can see how it presents itself.

I’m on holiday this week and I struggle to analyse the log on my phone, so I might not be able to check it until the weekend when I get back to my PC.
