Hi Adrian,
I just noticed an error when trying to add a new device that is connected to my connexoon.
Saw other people reporting this issue on the forum, so I installed the latest experimental version.
Unfortunately I’m still getting the error. Does it help you find a fix for this if I send you my log file?
Have great day!
Yes, please send the Log from the app settings page.
Thanks Adrian.

Hi,
I have a somfy connectivity kit and trying to get this to work.
My issues;
I cant see anything like developer mode
when i add my usersname and PW to the homey app i get a 401 error instantly. ( i didnt added a local token. No idea where to get this?)
looking forward to your advice.
The connectivity kit doesn’t support local mode, so cloud only.
What country are you in?
Hello @Adrian_Rockall,
I have not been able to login or configure my Somfy Tahoma hubs through the Tahoma & Connexoon app ever since the North American Tahoma app was retired and the server was switched over to Somfy. I only get the 401 error if I try to login on Homey Pro. I found some mention on here or github at one point that this is a known issue having to do with the Somfy server authentication and that the work around was to switch on developer mode on the hubs and use local access through tokens generated from Somfy. I have the tokens, but I have nowhere to input them in the Homey Pro Somfy Tahoma & Connexoon app for each of Tahoma hubs I have because it still requires online login. Is there any solution at this point or I will just not be able to use Homey Pro to control my Tahoma hub devices?
I’ve also sent the log, ID: 826010801. Thank you!
I have 2 hubs and 2 tokens, it is only able to connect one of them, but not the other. Is there a format for the field that allows me to enter more than one token? If so, what is the separator or format that will allow the app to recognize it?
That’s correct and applies to the old method as well as the app has only ever supported one hub.
Hi Adrian,
My connexoon just got a firmware upgrade and the issue is resolved and I was able to add new devices to Homey. It’s weird because when I checked for updates yesterday there were none…
Thanks for your time!
Have a nice evening.
Hi Adam,
Im based in Netherlands.
If my connectivity kit wouldn’t support this which device does? I will consider replacing it.
I know the Tahoma boxes do. I can’t remember if the Connexoon boxes have been updated to support it.
The Connexoon boxes should work with local mode, but at the moment at least I have trouble with the host name it registers in mDNS. Note that once dev mode is turned on it cannot be turned off except for a full factory reset of the box.
The app and all devices say ‘App is uninstalled’ (in Dutch). I tried to reinstall, but the new installation gets stuck without any messages.
What Homey firmware are you on?
12.4.4
it actually installed the app, but not properly. It seems like a problem with the installer/updater.

The installer is Homey, so all I can suggest is to try installing again.
I tried multiple times now, also by using the ‘install now’ button from the homey pro app page. The app does not get installed.
I’m afraid you will need to contact Athom as I have no control over the installation process.
