I have find my problem, I had to select something else and that work. A lot of work to select the correct one but no problem. I’m happy that is have find it by myself :slight_smile:

If the device you are looking for is the “Grande porte” then try the “Open / Close Remote” / “Ouvrir / Fermer TĂ©lĂ©commande”.
If that’s not the one then let me know the name it has been given in Tahoma.

There is just a strange behavior, when I press the button the door open so it’s good but if I want to press the button again to stop it or close it, the button no longer works for several seconds and I have to wait to be able to close it.

Thanks this worked and my 3 ZigBee blinds were detected but I think the device position info may be inverted as a closed blind has a value of 0% and open blind shows a position of 100%. Also the window covering state value is missing i.e. I am guessing this should show Open or Closed?

There should be an option in the Advanced settings to invert the position.
Athom don’t like having both position and open/close. Just use the position value to determine if it’s open or not.

Hi @Adrian_Rockall, just sent you a device log with ID 1864811519. Is it possible to add the new Somfy Sun and temperature sensor? In the TaHoma app its called «Temperature sensor» and
«Solsensor Vest»

Already supported, just add a “Temperature Sensor (io)” and a “Sun sensor (io)”.

Tried that but dont get any info into Homey.

Can you go to the Information log in the app settings page and enable it. Then, after few minutes, send the log.

After 24 hours without any info on them I removed them and re-added. Working now :+1:t2: Thanks for following up.

Ik loop tegen het probleem aan dat de homey pro de Sunis Wirefree II io waardes via de Tahoma switch niet goed uitleest. Ik moet de Somfy tahoma & connexoon app herstarten, daarna wordt de lux waarde geupdate. Daarna gebeurt er niks meer. Wie kan mij helpen zodat de waardes regelmatig geĂŒpdate worden, kan nu geen flows maken waarin de lux waarde wordt gebruikt.

Open the app settings page and select the Information Log tab. Then enable the log and restart the app. Wait for a few minutes and then go back to the tab and tap on Send Log.

I’m having an issue, the app isn’t registering the state of our roller blinds. I can move them up or down but the missing state, makes it impossible to make a flow.

On the other hand I have a general question. Should the roller blinds work as lights (on/off vs Up/down) when pressing on them? Right now it doesn’t but this would make them work so much easier.

What driver did you use to add them?

Homey doesn’t support the option to open/close blinds via tapping on the tile.

Ok, RTS has no feedback of open/closed state, so the app doesn’t know what state is active.

I recently installed TaHoma switch to control Somfy blinds and with Somfy sunsensor io. All units connected to homey and could be controlled but after a few hours sensors stopped updating and blinds won’t respond all though everything works fine in TaHoma app.

Tried uninstalling app in homey and reconnect everything but same problem. What could be the issue?
