Yes, I am aware of this, and I do intend on switching to the Zigbee implementation in the future. I just need to get a few things sorted out with my mesh networks, so there’s a more even and stable distribution between the two. As currently my Zigbee network is having some minor intermittent issues (mostly seem to be caused by some INNR Zigbee devices that keep dropping their mesh)
Homey using shared hardware for Zigbee and Thread radios, I also intend to separate off all my Matter o/ Thread devices to my Aqara M3 hub and Matter bridge them to Homey. As Homey doesn’t support 3rd party radios like the SMLight controllers, this seems the only sensible solution to separate them, for hopefully more stable performance with my large amount of smart devices. It’s a work in progress ha ha
I have a FP400 where i added some zones. When i connect the FP400 with matter over thread to homey, these zones are only added as multiple presense sensors. The first one is the overall presence sensor. But the others are called presence sensor (1, 2 or…).
In the flow by: “IF” you can only trigger for the overall presense. The zones them selfs are only shown as presence sensor without the number, so you won’t know which zone it represents. And these ones can only be triggered with a delay of at least 1 second.
I contacted athom homey about it, and they say they know about it, but it is the limitation of matter. But somewhere there should be a aqara app update in the making that would adress this problem. Does anybody knows where to find this?
Hi. I have a setup based on Aqara Light Switch H2 EU. The relay control was off, and all worked based on automations. Basically “Button X pressed Y times” → do lights on / off. Now after updating to 1.18.0 it stopped working, looks like the trigger does not work. I guess it’s caused by “Improve handling of the scene button presses.” part from change log. Anyone have similar issue and found some solution / workaround?
Are there any plans to add the Aqara smart locks to support in the app, like the U200. It’s connected to my Homey via Thread, but it’s not reliable. I was hoping support for it in the app would help resolve this perhaps.
Did a quick check and found that something went wrong with uploading the latest update.
Can you check if v1.18.1 in the Homey App store test environment solved the issue?
Same here, also cannot use my buttons to turn on or off lights since the latest update, which is… a slight inconvenience Could you please release a 1.18.2 asap? Thanks!
