Now I try this not helpd
Hier werken na de update mijn H1 draadloze wandschakelaars ook niet meer. Opnieuw opstarten app/homey met 15 min wachten en opnieuw toevoegen werkt helaas allemaal niet… Hopelijk heeft iemand iets aan deze info

Dug up this particular switch out of one of my boxes… and worked on the spot.
Good that is was solved!
Which particular switch does not work? Did you try after updating to v1.18.1?
Note: although pushing this app to the app store some hours ago, due to the large installed base, only 1/3 of the apps have been updated yet…
Are you sure the device is not included somewhere in your Devices tab? You might also want to check the overview in the Zigbee section of the Homey Developer Tools.
Here also the wireless switch H1 that doesn’t respond . I can toggle on and off in the app or in person , but flows don’t respond anymore …
can you restore last fw before updated 1.18.0 and 1.18.1?
Good evening @TedTolboom ,
thank you for the update. So far, after about six hours, everything is working as it should, and the E1 radiator valves are responding perfectly. I’ll keep an eye on them for a few more days, just to be sure.
I also noticed there seems to be some issue with the H1 wall switch now. From my experience, it’s working correctly and without any problems, even though I have automations and lots of scripts linked to it.
Thanks again. I hope this means my issues with the E1 thermostat are finally resolved ![]()
Hello.
Since last update my H1 EU double switches are no longer working with the flows.
Please update the app to v1.18.1 in the Homey App store test environment. That should fix the issue.
Angry wife, non of the licht buttons (Double rocker 2018) in house were working, hahaha. But, after updating to the latest version everything is back to normal. For now, I switched auto update off ![]()
Many thanks for the quick fix! ![]()
Sorry… the new update actually fixed the problem. Thanks a lot.
Now the Ikea buttons are triggering some aqara switches again without any flows ![]()
I have an Aqara USB hub that I only use for firmware updates at most, and I was able to add the water leak sensor to it. Then I removed it and tried to add it to Homey again. Same error: the device is already added. But it isn’t, please help me find the problem.
Maybe the quickest way is to reach out to Athom, via Support | Homey. They can check what is happening under the hood.
Hello,
After the update “Aqara was automatically updated to version 1.18.1” on October 5, 2026,
my two Aqara Opple 6-button switches stopped working; Homey is not registering any button presses.
I have already deleted them and re-paired them (with some difficulty), but even after successfully adding them as new devices, Homey does not respond to any button presses.
Just a quick follow-up on the problem I’m having after updating to 1.18.1:
My two Aqara Opple switches have stopped working.
I also noticed the following in the Developer Tools—maybe someone has a tip, or perhaps there’s a bug in version 1.18.1.
…is also the case when you re-add the Oppel to Homey.

Try downloading the app again from the version above . I know it automatically updated but that seemed to fix the buttons responding again
Hi @TedTolboom ,
Hello,
I am having trouble re-adding an Aqara Water Leak Sensor to Homey.
Yesterday there was an issue with the Aqara app, and this sensor lost its connection. I then tried to pair it again with Homey, but the pairing always fails at the end with the message that the device has already been added.
To verify that the sensor itself was working, I temporarily connected an Aqara USB hub, which I normally use only for firmware updates. The sensor was added to that hub successfully. I then removed it from the USB hub and tried to pair it with Homey again, but I received the same “device already added” message.
This is a separate sensor from the existing bathroom sensor. The existing “Fürdő Water” device was not touched.
There is currently no visible trace of this sensor anywhere in Homey:
-
it does not appear in the Homey device list;
-
it does not appear under the Aqara devices;
-
it is not visible in the Homey API device list;
-
there is no device available to remove or repair.
Therefore, it seems likely that yesterday’s Aqara app issue left behind an incomplete or orphaned pairing record, causing Homey to identify the sensor as already added even though it is no longer visible in the system.
I am attaching a diagnostic report. Could you please check whether the report contains any reference to this sensor, its device ID, or a stale pairing entry, and advise how the orphaned record can be removed or the pairing state reset?

Thank you for your help.

Hello
where can i found the oder Version for upload ?
Thanks
Hello,
I am experiencing a serious Aqara Water Leak Sensor issue in Homey after an Aqara app problem yesterday.
I have two separate Aqara Water Leak Sensors.
The first sensor was already installed in the bathroom and had been working previously. I did not intentionally remove it. However, it stopped responding. I replaced the battery with a new one and tested it by placing it in water, but Homey did not detect any water alarm or other change.
The second sensor is the one I tried to pair again after it lost its connection. Homey always stops at the end of the pairing process and says that the device has already been added, although it is not visible in the Homey device list.
To test the sensor itself, I temporarily added it to an Aqara USB hub, where it was added successfully. I then removed it from the USB hub and tried to add it to Homey again, but received the same “device already added” message.
The attached screenshots show the following:
-
The existing “Fürdő Water” device is visible in Homey, but its value is unknown and it does not react to a water test.
-
In Homey Developer Tools, the former “Fürdő Water” Zigbee node was initially shown with “Last Seen: 2 years ago”, RX 0 and Route unknown.
-
After attempting to wake or pair the sensor, the same Zigbee node appeared as “Unknown Node”.
-
The node was seen approximately one minute ago, but the manufacturer and device type remain unknown.
-
It is visible in the Zigbee network, but it is not created as a usable Homey device.
-
The Homey device list still does not contain a working water leak sensor.
-
The other sensor still cannot be paired because Homey says that it has already been added.
This suggests that the Aqara app or device interview process is failing. The Zigbee layer can see at least one node, but the Aqara app does not correctly identify it or create the corresponding Homey device. There may also be an orphaned pairing record for the second sensor.
Could you please check the attached screenshots and the diagnostic report to determine:
-
why the existing water leak sensor is shown as an “Unknown Node”;
-
why the sensor is not identified as an Aqara Water Leak Sensor;
-
why the all sensor is reported as already added even though it is not visible in Homey;
-
whether stale or orphaned pairing records can be removed safely.
I have not deleted either sensor again because I do not want to create further orphaned Zigbee nodes or break the existing flow configuration.

Thank you for your help.
