[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home

You’re talking about Matter devices WITHOUT the Homey Aqara app.
So why do you mention the Homey Aqara app in your request? :man_shrugging:

Both Presense Sensors FP300 and Sensors P2 are added to Homey with Matter directly, but only FP300 shows up in the Homey Aqara app - not P2.

My FP1E is still nit usabke/malfuntionibg when trying to add it to my Homey Pro’s Zigbee network with 17 innr SO120 smart plugs, 3 x Third reality Vibration sensors and 3 Aqara Temperature sensors.

All Zigbee devices are working well. And I did the firmware update from 12.12.0 to 13.0.0 of Homey Pro 23 because I thought it would maybe improve or even solve this issue. It did not.(Athough 12.13.0 firrnware says its supposed to better stability and fixes for Zigbee.)

In the pairing process all, and really all not only in its close proximity, my Innr power plugs just do a powercycle (turn of and really fast).

see this video:

Every time you see the red led flashing (in the video ) my innr Sp120 power plug its powercycles really Quick

And my Homey Pro us max 30 cm away from these devices.

That’s not what I meant. I was referring to the response from Homey Support.
It seems you mentioned the Aqara app in your support request, which is why Athom Support says it’s not their concern. But as @robertklep already mentioned, it has nothing to do with the Aqara app when Matter devices lose their connection.

Hence my question: Why did you mention the Homey Aqara app in your support request when the issue concerns problems with Matter devices?

@TedTolboom - Would it be possible to add a 3 button Aqara wall switch with neutral wire “lumi.switch.acn040”?
(on the delivery box it was labelled as LM-E1-ZNQBKG31LM)
Thank you in advance.

Hi all, I’m contemplating buying an electrical underfloor heating system to use with the Aqara Floor Heating Thermostat W500 which is recommended in the Homey Buyer’s guide, but I’m noticing that it’s not yet listed as supported via this app. Is that correct? Any chance this could be added soon? Thank you!

It’s a working Matter device, no app needed

Only if you need “some not mentioned features” you should enable zigbee mode.
However, the BBGuide author “forgot to check” if any zigbee app exists which supports it

Thank you @Peter_Kawa! Any tips on how I could best approach figuring this out? Maybe advanced features like the NTC temperature wire-through are not working?

No problem.
Matter mainly supports the common stuff, like set/get temperature, onoff maybe.

I bet the Aqara forum community can help you out here;
I found a post of this W500 zigbee user, maybe he/she is willing to supply a listing of all available zigbee entities:
https://forum.aqara.com/t/aqara-thermostat-w500-supports-custom-ntc-values/265356/3

All clear, thanks @Peter_Kawa! I found all information eventually on their website. I guess I’ll go with Thread/Matter for now, should be enough! Aqara Floor Heating Thermostat W500 – Aqara LLC

YW!
That was a plan!
I did not expect it to be published @ Aqara product page :face_with_peeking_eye::grimacing:

Hi.
I have a Homey Pro. To this I have connected a Phillips Hue outdoor sensor that registers the outdoor temperature. I have had the temperature displayed on my iPhone via HomeKit. I have been looking for a display that can display the temperature from the Phillips sensor, via the Homey system. In this regard, I discovered the Aqara W100, and bought one. I saw that the W100 has the ability to display the temperature from a secondary sensor. It was in this field that I had hoped to display the outdoor temperature.
After trying different configurations, it seems that I need an Aqara hub and an additional Aqara sensor to set this up. It is a solution I do not want.

So the questions are if anyone,
1: has a solution to display the temperature from my Phillips sensor on the W100
Or:
2: Has another product to recommend that can display the temperature from my Phillips sensor via the Homey system.
In advance, thanks for all your help.
