The app is still available.
Regarding the T1 version of the vibration sensor, refer to @TedTolboom’s earlier post: [APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home - #7001 by TedTolboom

Thanks for the reply @SunBeech. When I go to add the app in homey pro and search for Aqara I only get the MI home one and the official Aqara app. Am I doing something wrong?
Evening all, I just got 2 x Smart Plugs (US) from Amazon and I am trying to add them to my Homey Pro (Early 2023) and both are failing to added. I put the plug into paring mode and Homey seems to find it but then errors out.
I have done the following thus far:
The Zigbee environment in the home is pretty small, only three senssors at the moment. I do have Hue lights which I know are Zigbee. Not sure that makes a difference but want to flag it.
I did also see that Homey was updated to 13.0.0 today. So maybe this is just a bug and will be fixed in time. Let me know if anyone else is seeing this ![]()
Hi
Will new devices from Aqara be added to this app?
I can’t find these:
Aqara Motion and Light Sensor P2 (Matter)
LED Bulb T2 (GU10, RGB CCT)
Door and Window Sensor P2
Regards
Thomas
The only vibration sensor currently supported is the following one from Aqara:
The T1 is currently not supported, as @SunBeech has already pointed out.
You could try resetting the Zigbee network (Developer Tools → Zigbee). Reset the smart plugs and then add the two smart plugs first and repair the three sensors afterwards.
You may need to recreate existing flows in which the sensors are involved.
Please also take a look at this article → Advanced Zigbee Troubleshooting on Homey
If that doesn’t work either, then I would recommend contacting Athom Support.
When Hue lamps are connected to a Hue Bridge, they are located in their own Zigbee network.
That makes sense now and yes I can see the T1 isn’t supported in there. This is why I went looking
. Do we know when this may get supported or not? Is the official app built by Aqara or others? Need to decide what I’m going to do now with the sensors - wait or replace as they look good!
These sensors support Matter (MoT) natively. Therefore, you can add these sensors even without the Homey app.
The same applies to LED spotlights. These can be added without an app via Zigbee or Matter (MoT). However, not all functions may be supported.
I know, but sometimes the appear offline and restarting the Aqara Homey app doesn’t help.
If I have these issues with Sensor FP300, which is in the app, a restart helps.
Then you should contact Athom support. This seems to be a Matter issue.
Is the FP300 added via Zigbee or Matter?
The Support for the Homey App redirects me to this thread ![]()
FP300 is added via Matter - like the bulbs and sensors mentioned.
Can you please add a state for the Roller Shade Driver E1 to ‘stop’ so that we can create flows that stop the blind in its current position when it is currently opening or closing?
Apps don’t handle Matter devices, they only provide fancy icons. Anything issues with the Matter protocol itself need to be directed to Athom.
But restarting the app helps with the connection issue I get sometimes with FP300?
So it must do something?
Yes, it works very well as a placebo ![]()
Perhaps there’s some issue with the icon handling, but that would still not be an issue with the app but with the Matter implementation.
A wrote Athom support, not the support of the Homey Aqara app: Support | Homey
No, though the device is on the developer’s radar. This is what he mentioned a month ago:
Official apps can either be developed by Athom themselves (or one of their agencies), the brand itself or by an independent developer (that may also be a community developer) for the brand or Athom. As far as I know, the developer of the Aqara app is part of the latter group, so give him some slack as development is likely done in his spare time
. You can, of course, reach out to him to find out if he has more specifics on the timelines for the T1 vibration sensor.
If you still have the option, then you could return the T1 version and buy a non-T1 instead.
Thanks, not sure what to do next then?
