Does someone also have problems with battery percentage dropping for an hour and recovering itself back again? Itās happening with two temperature/humidity sensors.
Seems to be ānormalā. Happens with other Zigbee and Zwave devices too.
Iāve seen that on matter devices as well.
Didnāt notice that before. Have a lot of zigbee / zwave battery devices but didnāt get any timeline messages about it.
Hi,
I have got response back from Aqara support and they said the 0.0.0_0039 version is on the market for a while. Itās in the supported device list too (kind of old product).
Please fix it. I canāt use this device in Homey at all ![]()
Thanks you.
This is the Chinese version of the Aqara Switch Module T1 (with neutral) which is not supported (not listed in the first post).
Unfortunately, the international and Chinese version differ in firmware implementation and a simple copy / adding the productId is not an option.
Thank you for the clarificaition. So I canāt do anything ![]()
If I have international firmware then I see the Switch module properly, not just a Zigbee device?
I attempt to write to Aqara about an internation firmware update.
Hope the best.
Hello! New Homey user here since a couple of weeks. Setup looks like this: Homey Pro (2023) and a Philips Hue bridge. Router devices: one built-in smart dimmer and built-in switch relais (from Robb Smarrt) and one Sonoff built-in switch relais.
I have two types of sensors: Door Sensor (lumi.sensor_magnet.aq2) and Motion Sensor (lumi.sensor_motion.aq2). I actually have multiple but am only trying with one of each now, others still unboxed. Fresh batteries in both. They pair correctly and work in my flows, but stop working after an hour or so and never come back until I manually repair them through Homey. Then they work again for a while.
I found several suggestions while searching for this issue:
- Pairing close to or far away from Homey (no difference)
- Checking Wi-Fi/Zigbee interference (Homeyās Zigbee is on 25; Wi-Fi on 1 and 56)
- Making sure thereās no Ikea Tradfri nearby that could act as a router (I have no Ikea smart stuff)
- Making sure the sensors are listed as supported (they are)
- Replacing batteries (both sensors got fresh batteries from different brands)
Any other suggestions? Iāve created a diagnostics report through the app: da2c6584-8410-4acf-a152-228deb391601.
Aqara Dual Relay Modual T2
Bug: Using the S2 input terminal as a wireless switch instead of a relay does not work. Neither with the flow card ā(Button X) has been (pressed Y times)ā nor with āAny button has been pressedā.
Feature request: The flow card ā(Button X) has been (pressed Y times)ā only has the option for āPressed 1xā. Iād like options for more presses as well as āReleasedā and āHeldā. Alternately separate flow cards for those, for example ā(Button X) has been held for (Y seconds)ā.
EDIT: Another feature request: For switch types. Toggle switch will always toggle the relay on/off regardless of which state it is in. Iād like a toggle switch that functions like a parallel connection to homey, when S1 is energized it will always turn the relay on, and when itās deenergized always turns it off. If some automation turns the relay on first, then afterwards S1 is energized, the relay should do nothing and stay on, when S1 later is deenergized, the relay turns off.
Hi! Anyone else having issues with Aqara Radiator Thermostat E1 + external temperature source on Homey?
Iām feeding external temp via Flows (no Aqara hub, just Homey Pro 2023 via Zigbee). Every couple of days I get the message: āTo set room temperature you need to select external temperature sourceā, even though external is already selected in settings. The only fix is switching Internal ā Save ā External ā Save.
Any tips / known fix?
Hello. I have several FP300. I noticed that the first one, i added with the Homey Matter because the Aqara app didnāt support it then. After that i added some more, using the Aqara app (also matter) but these freezes up every couple of days. The device stops working and stays in the mode he is in.
The only solution is to repair it. But after a couple of days, the same thing happens.
I now have added these device with the normal Matter from Homeuy (had to disable the Aqara app for this) and then the keep working fine.
So i think there is a problem with the Aqara App for this Device
I had the same problem. I switched to zigbee
| Presence sensor FP1E , is it possible to add a «reset presence» button in the app ?
seems a few of my fp1`s keeps getting stuck on reporting presence when no one is around .
Aqara Climate Sensor W100:
I am using the W100 in Matter / Thread mode. Installed as a standard Matter device as the Aqara app donāt yet have it listed in the app. It works but the settings for temperature reporting is missing. This leads to a report threshold of 0.5 deg C to trigger a report which is to wide for a indoor temp sensor. Is there any plans for a true Matter W100 support in the Homey App? If so, will it have support to choose reporting by time interval (e.g., 1-10 mins) or a specific temperature threshold (e.g., 0.2°C to 3.0°C)?
I have noticed there is an inconsistency in the reported battery level between different home automation hubs with the FP300. With Homey Pro (2023) I am showing a battery level of 46%. With Aqara M3 hub and Home Assistant the battery level shows 100%. The connection is zigbee with all the hubs. Using the latest version of the Aqara app with Homey. Anyone else seeing this ?
My experience is similar.
Hi @TedTolboom
I bought the Aqara W600 TRV - will this helps you to integrate them into your app?
Cheers,
Sven
Is it possible to add this product Aqara RTCGQ13LM to Homey? I have two of these devices and, if necessary, I can add it to Homey as an unknown device and send its information. I also have an A100 Pro door lock, also from Aqara, and it works with Zigbee. Would it be possible to add that as well?
I am in favor of increasing product variety. I donāt think this would be difficult for Aqara.
