Any idea when version v1.16.0 with H2 dimmer and switches support will be released?
I tried pairing the FD300 with Homey Pro 2026.
First, I flashed it to Zigbee using the Aqara app.
Then I selected the correct FD300 model in the pairing screen.
Out of the six sensors, only one can be paired using the Zigbee protocol.
The other five either fail to pair or give an error saying they have left the Zigbee network.
What can I do?
Via Matter it works fine, but in that mode Iâm unable to set the detection distance.

I have few Aqara Curtain E1 driver devices, Model ID ZNCLBL01LM, dated 2025.07. While connecting with Aqara application, I have unknown device error. Device ID is lumi.curtain.acn003

Are there any plans to support the Aqara Light Switch H2 EU? These are out for a while now, but over Matter via an Aqara Hub, functionality is limited, like only a single press being available. Would be great to be able to add them over Zigbee to Homey with support for all functionality available.

Hello @TedTolboom, It seems that something changed in a recent version of the Aqara app or Homey firmware update that broke (some of) the maintenance functions of the Aqara Curtain Driver E1. I am not able to unlock and lock the curtain driver anymore via the maintenance section. I get the following error:

Another user reported the same issue in this topic: Aqara Curtain driver E1 installeert wel maar werkt niet. Note that I can open/close the curtains; just the maintenance functions give this error.
Any idea whatâs wrong and how to solve it?

Hi @TedTolboom your app has been working flawlessly the past few years, Thank you for that. The last few days I noticed that my wireless buttons donât work anymore. The strange thing is that some buttons still work. I tried to repair and readd them but they wont be detected anymore
Is there any way to get the Display V1 switches added?
Also to be able to use the wireless switches to control moods or flows?

Working very short period, then doesnt react anymore.
repairing completes but doesnt change.
adding a new device â says its already added (so homey recognizes it). But not working anymore.
Have overall Homey problems lately. Rebooting every hour.. pff
Any updates on when H2 switches will be supported?

I bought a Aqara single switch module T1 (no neutral), the manual speaks of deviceId SSM-U02 which is supported states in this post at the top (donât know where to check it on the device). Tried to add the device via the Aqara app (latest version, V1.15.1) to my Homey (Early 2016, V12.10.0), but got the message that there is no app for this device and that the device is added as a generic Zigbee device. Removed the device and added it again, same result. Althought the desired actions work, I wanât it to be recognised. Results of the âinterviewâ available if needed.
Any suggestion where to look why it isnât recognised?

Adding a Door and window sensor T1 is no problem, it gets picked up by the Homey Pro (Early 2019). But it will not trigger any of the cards.
Hope that the new FP400 will be just as well integrated as the FP300. Thanks to Ted.
Hope that the installation and configuration, such as zones, can be done via the Aqara app itself, as I suspect that Homey does not have an option for this.

In addition to this issue ( [APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home - #6906 by Jolink ) - I removed the device, restarted the Aqara app and added the single switch again. Notification during pairing âEr is nog geen app geinstalleerd voor dit apparaat. Daarom onbekend zigbeeâŚ.â. Created a diagnostic log - b29f3e9b-a4a2-4b57-be28-6fae609138a9.
To see if there is a paring issue, I added my spare Aqara motion sensor and it was added correctly to homey via the App.
Any suggestion where to look/what to test?
Iâve been able to get the Aqara C1 Pet Feeder working with my own custom app! Iâd love to be able to get this working in the official integration

I have the same problem. I guess this version is for mainland China and therefore is not recogized by the app and instead goes in as genereic Zigbee (useless). Wonder if there somehow is a solution?
I have an Aqara E1 curtain controller already installed on my Homey Pro (2019) without issues.
Now when trying to add two more, they wonât pair as Aqara devices but only as generic Zigbee devices. I think I know why and am looking for a solution. While the first unit was bought in Europe, the two latest ones were purchased from China and seem intended for âmainland China.â
Can this be solved?
