I am able to add them. But after that they do not really interact with Homey Pro 2019. No data received, no triggering on water, no battery report, nothing neither at device level nor flow level. I have other water leak sensors from Aqara as well (generation before T1) added earlier and they all work. But I tried to exclude and re-add one of those as well just to test. That one also started to behave like the T1 (no data interaction) when excluded and re-added. Thought that this was related to that I am pushing the Zigbee-network on HP2019 (44 devices in total, but just 6,7 directly connected to Homey the remaining are healthy routed). Start to suspect that it is a bug when I read posts in this thread.
Unfortunately, I also suspect that either the developers of the Aqara app or Homey itself have imposed some limitations, and it doesnât work on the 2019 Homey Pro.

I have a problem with Aqara Switch T1 (with neutral) (lumi.switch.n0acn2). Homey adds the device, but as other zigbee devices. Then when trying to turn on/off two work and two others I get an error: Missing BasicZigbeeDevice instance for token
The reason is, that the Aqara Switch T1 (with neutral) with the device id lumi.switch.n0acn2 is still not supported.
Did a quick search:
You can also search the app changelog in the App Store. No result for lumi.switch.n0acn2.

Are anyone else able to add T1 water sensors or water sensors from the generation before T1 nowadays on HP2019 and able to make them exchange data (e.g. water alarm or battery)? If not we should likely report this to Athom support?
I have no issues adding them to Homey but cannot get any data from them. I still suspect that I have pushed the zigbee-network a bit too far, but if others with fewer zigbee-devices systematically struggle with this on HP2019 it is likely to be bug in the Zigbee-stack(?)
Since Lumi Technology has officially overtaken the development, but Ted is still the programmer, the source code isnât anymore available as open source, as @robertklep already mentioned.
But because this missing device isnât an issue, you donât need the source code, you can request your device here in this topic or on Slack:
In addition, a thought this is mentioned in the first post but it isnât, sorry for that, it may be helpful for Ted to do the following steps:
- go to https://developer.athom.com/tools/zigbee and interview the device
- copy the info (by clicking the copy button/icon!) and post it

Can we get support for the Aqara U100 door lock and the two new presence sensors: Presence Sensor FP2 and Presence Sensor FP1E?
Another option would be to just find a way to communicate with the Aqara M3 hub.
This is a Wifi (not zigbee) enabled sensor, and is supported for quite a while already by the Homekit Controller app

I had Homey 2016. Last year I bought Home 2023 pro.
After switching to it, all devices were added to it normally, except for the Aqara D1 switch with neutral, a pairing error constantly occurs.
There is also Homey 2018 in another place, it has exactly the same error.
Tell me what to do?

Ordered a new set of brand new Aqara T1 sensors (2x Temp, 2x door and 2x flood) to be able to troubleshoot the issues of not reporting data on the HP2019.
Tested on my Homey Pro 2019 (running on SW 12.3.0-rc.5) based on the current Aqara app store version⊠and all devices report data without any issues

For the users experiencing this issue (âT1 sensors not reporting any dataâ) can you restart the Aqara app, wait 3 minutes and then send an app diagnostics report (add to the description T1 sensors and your forum user name)? Thanks.

Serait il possible dâameliorer lâaffichage des courbes de pressions avec une valeur de rĂ©fĂ©rence selectionnable manuellement en fonction de lâaltitude dâhabitation puis un affichage de courbe +/- 40 ou 50 mbar pour que cela soit exploitable car la courbe en lâĂ©tat nâest pas exploitable.

Would it be possible to improve the display of pressure curves with a manually selectable reference value depending on the altitude of residence and then a display of a curve +/- 40 or 50 mbar so that it can be used because the curve as it is is not usable.

Hp2019 Firmware: 12.2.0, Aqara app v. 1.11.2
There are two devices in there (both lumi.flood.agl02) that do not report anything.

Hi there, just bought aqara Valve Controller T1, and found out that there is no support for this device in app for Homey. When do you plan to update appliction and give a support for new device from Aqara? Aqara Valve Controller T1 is nice way to make home a little bit safer.
