Any app that supports TP-Link Tapo P400M Matter Outdoor Smart Plug

I am thinking of buying TP-Link Tapo P400M Matter Outdoor Smart Plug from Amazon Canada, TP-Link Tapo Matter Outdoor Smart Plug, 2 Individual outlets, IP65 Weather Resistance, Works with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, Long Wi-Fi Range, 2.4G Wi-Fi Only, ETL Certified (Tapo P400M) : Amazon.ca: Tools & Home Improvement .

When I searched an Homey app that supports the device, there seems to be none.

Does any one have the same device and is able to use a Homey app to control it?

Prior to buying the outdoor smart plug, I wonder if the two outlets can be independently controlled. I looked at the cards available for Kasa EP40 and KP400 supported by the Homey “Tp-Link Kasa LAN” app, both has “Turn on” and “Turn off” only. I wonder if Turn on/off actually turns both outlets on/off which is not my use case.

You’d ask the developer of the Kasa LAN app if it’s possible at all to control both outlets independently. Contact info is on the app page at the homey.app store .

But it might be very well possible it only has one internal relay switching both outlets.
