Can anybody confirm whether the TAPO 304M Wi-Fi multi-point strip is supported by the official TAPO app or not? I’ve tried discovering it via the Android TAPO app and nothing is found. I know from another post it was not in 2018!
If not, can this strip be added via Homey Matter, Co-Pilot says not as it is a multi-end point device and/or it is wifi and Homey does not support Matter-over-Wi-Fi, but I have seen posts saying that it does support this.

Should work in the Android Tapo app. So you mean it doesn’t connect? Is it simply not found, or does it give an error?
Also, P304M is not supported by Homey (just like most of the new Tapo devices). You can request support here:
You need to have it added to the Tapo Android app first, only after that you can create a Matter pairing code. That’s how it shows up on my RV30 Max Plus at least. I’m not sure how the Matter thing would work though since my Homey Pro 2019 doesn’t support it.
Sorry if I was not clearer. The P304M is installed in the TAPO Android app and is working OK. I’ve tried to add it to Homey and it is not found.
So my first question was whether it was actually supported by the official Homey TAPO app. I knew it was not listed, just hoped the page was out of date, so I will ask Athlon to add it if they can.
The alternative is to go the Matter route but there seemed to be some debate about whether Matter-over-Wi-Fi is supported but that seems to have been answered.
Next, there is the question of whether multi-endpoint devices are supported in Homey, which is the bit I still cannot find an answer to. The P300, which is listed for the app, is actually a single end-point device, as all three sockets are switched on as one, whereas the P304 sockets are individually switched. I have the KASA equivalent installed in Homey, which suggests that they are but Co-Pilot is adamant that they are not. Of course, it has been convinced of a number of things which have later turned out to be false.
