PTP sounds nice, but the discussion about why could be explained more. As cutting the power will give the zigbee network some rest from the controller, and the reboot of the aqara app will freshen shizzle up, it’s actually good advise. It worked for me.

In these situations, always try a PTP first. And if you’re still using the original power supply that came with your Homey: replace it.
