With a rest, do you mean the “soft” reset (holding the start button for 5 seconds until the LED turns orange), I already tried that and it doesn’t seem to work. Or a “hard” reset? The wake up procedure (orange LED) didn’t work. Then I took out the batteries (since the hard reset is only adviced if the hub has failed according to the manual, which it technically didn’t). This was very hard to do because they are packed very tight in there. I put the batteries back in and now …

Did you already try to replace the battery for a new one, even if the currently used battery was new? Sometimes “new” batteries lay around for years in warehouses or stores.

No, I haven’t yet. Could that really be the source of the issue though? Because the other sensors (Humidity. Temperature, UV and light) report just fine. Also,Homey’s battery indicator says the batteries are at 100%.

Do both in that order I’d say, when the wake up button procedure didn’t help.
