So Aqara’s API doesn’t have all device information? I wanted to do something similar with connecting several devices to an Aqara hub and integrating them to my Homey using the Aqara API, but it seems that won’t be useful if not all information is exposed.

This has been addressed by Athom before in this post: Aqara FP300 with Matter! - #195 by Doekse. The TL;DR is that motion and presence are combined when using the FP300 in matter mode.
