You can use IFTTT as a workaround, it supports both the Aqara hub and Homey. But the free version is limited to 2 applets nowadays

It is better to use Homey and that aqara set it to Homey

[image] EdNL: and that aqara set it to Homey It depends. You can connect them via ZigBee directly, but then you don’t get firmware updates and some other features might be missing.

So the 2 FP1E devices that I added to the M3 hub did eventually show up on the Homey device page. They defaulted to the room/zone where the M3 hub was located within Homey. They also had different icons that the FP1E devices that originally ported over from the M3, which is likely why I missed them …

It is good to note however that Aqara is one of the few partners which isn’t open to share their OTA files. So I can’t promise that functionality will work with Aqara devices.

Oké, so we can only use Aqara with Homey and not first with Aqara hub and then with the Homey? we can use Aqara device and hub with HomeKit (home Apple) but not with Homey? We can only use a Aqara device with homey alone.

[image] Doekse: So I can promise that functionality will work with Aqara devices. I assume you mean ‘…cannot promise…’? That’s a pitty. Do you know why Aqara is hesitant about sharing firmware updates?

Not irreversible: when you want to update OTA, just pair them to the Aqara Hub again, perform update and then pair them to Homey again.
