The issue is in the INNR app for Homey. That needs to be fixed by the developer. It is not related to the firmware version your plugs are on.
There used to be several issues with the plug. Some were caused by the INNR app (like the above one). One issue was caused by the firmware of the plug itself: power measuring values do not update after unplugging the plug. A repair is required in Homey. This issue is fixed in firmware version 1.9.29 / 1.9.30.
Not sure which version you have. You can check it in the device tile’s advanced settings:
If you are also facing the said firmware issue and you want it fixed, then you need to update the plug’s firmware.
- Currently Homey has no option to update firmware of Zigbee devices, though Athom did announce in their last podcast that they plan to add this feature in the future (don’t ask me when);
- INNR’s own bridge does not support updating the plugs either, but INNR does offer a service to update them for you. You’ll have to reach out to their support desk for that.
- The alternative is that you update them yourselves via Zigbee2MQTT or Home Assistant. For that you need a Zigbee USB dongle.
