I have tried pairing a new Zwave Zooz Zen37 (800LR) Wall Remote without success.
I have found no Homey specific information, so I used these ST pages for reference:
So I’m posting here because the “Zen37” seems to be officially supported in the Zooz Homey app but even with the exclusion/inclusion/6 quick taps nothing seems to work. Any ideas ?
Do you use Homey Bridge? Already tried restarting it?
Yes I have a SHS with Homey Bridge. I have just restarted the Bridge and the “Follow the instructions” stays at step 1 and stays there after I press the top switch buttons 6 times rapidly. I tried doing it again from 6 inches from the Bridge with the exact same result, a red flash on the Zen37 and a failure to join.
Do you already have other Z-Wave devices?
Do you also have SmartThings? Maybe you can try adding it there to check if the device is faulty or if it’s a Homey issue
Good idea, I do have a ST with a few devices and thanks for the idea, it seems to also not want to join it, so maybe it’s defective, I’ll see if I can return/exchange it. Thanks.
