Zooz Zen30 switch won’t add to Homey even after firmware update

Hi. I’m constantly getting this error when trying to add this dimmer switch to Homey. Someone in another thread mentioned they fixed the issue by updating the device firmware so I did that and the issue still exists. Any ideas on what to try next?

So I got the following info through AI research and am just more confused at Homey now.

I’m going to Homey’s Z-wave section in the settings and it does not show any of my working z-wave devices (is it supposed to?) So there’s no way for me to perform an exclusion within the app.

Then I noticed the apps section at the bottom doesn’t show my other Homey apps:

But in the web interface I see them all, but don’t see a Z-wave option in the settings:

I just switched from Samsung Smart things to Homey and so this is all a bit new to me. Why is there a difference between the web interface and the app??
