Z-wave switches, Zen35 and the Zen30 by ZOOZ

Hello, I have an issue with a couple ZOOZ Z-wave switches, Zen35 and the Zen30.

The Zen35 is not a supported device in the ZOOZ app for Homey Pro. It comes in as an unsupported device. The communication to this device is horrible and times out all of the time. The Zen30 is in the same room, so I believe it has to do with the nonsupport. I can control the main switch from Homey, but I cannot control or see any of the (4) scenery buttons. Any suggestions would be helpful.

The Zen30 physically works normal for the on/off and dimmer paddle and the single press relay button. I’m using the bottom button as a scenery button, no load on it. However, there are several actions that it can do, single press, 2- time, 3-time, 4-time, 5-time and long press that do not work. I can create a flow and test each one in test mode through the flow screen, but I cannot physically get any of the button actions to work. The instructions show a bunch of parameters that can be changed but none of these parameters are visible in the settings.

Update on my Zen30 issue: Fixed :star_struck:

How:

I excluded my Zen30 from Homey pro, preformed a factory reset. I pulled the switch to confirm what firmware was installed, it was Firmware 4.20. The latest firmware on Zooz website is 4.30. There are several ways to update the firmware for ZooZ hardware. (you do you on how). I chose to use my Home Assistant OTA with my ZooZ Long range USB dongle, it was pretty easy to do. I then initiated the exclusion of the Zen30 via Home Assistant Z-wave app and confirmed the exclusion via Zen30 switch.

I pulled the Zen30 back into Homey Pro after the Firmware update to 4.30 and it worked, Fixed :star_struck:
