Kaku Zigbee Zcm-300 doesn't work flawless

I have bought 6 zcm-300 zigbee switches from klik-aan-klik-uit, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been developed an app for it yet.
I have added one as an unknown device but it seems to have difficulties working with the Homey Pro.
Dimming straight from the Homey app does work, however, switching it on or off in the app, or by flow, never works the first time, and most of the time only after several attempts.

Does anybody recognize these problems?
Any tips and tricks are welcome.

Are you sure it is Zigbee? and not “Een-weg communicatie (433,92 MHz)”?

Positive, it is a new poduct, from the premium (zigbee) range.

KaKu zigbee devices are in the Athom App “TRUST”, ask them to add your device:

Hi Jeroen, i recognize these issues. For me up till now it never worked. Triggering them from the homey device or using is flow results in 3 times pulse and then full on. After that only able to use the physical switch. Really waiting for the Athom or KlikAanKlikUit developers to add support in the app for this device.
