I have a WIFI in 2,4 GHz
The zigbee channels (from 11 to 26) are on the same frequencies.

Is there a link between the 20 slots of Homey and these channels ?

How the Zigbee channel is choosen ? By Homey ? By the device ?

Which WIFI channel choose in order to limit the troubles ?

2 options:

  1. When you reset the zigbee implementation, a quiet channel gets picked by Homey. Make sure your wifi is on a fixed channel prior to the actual resetting, preferrably 1, 6 or 11
    A reset breaks all zigbee device connections
  2. You pick the zigbee channel yourself here (without a reset that is).

Which channel to pick?
Examples:
wifi 1 - zigbee 25
Wifi 6 - zigbee 11 or 25
Wifi 11 - zigbee 11 or 15

My zigbee channel is 20
My WIFI channel is 1

So, it should work !

When Homey choose 20 as zigbee channel, my wifi channel was 6. Very strange, isn’t ?

I change my WIFI channel to 1, yesterday evening : it doesn’t change anything.

Right now, my Homey is quite closed to my Internet box, around 30cm.

I’m going to take them away from each other …
