Zigbee problems

Homey pro 2019

Lost connection to all my Zigbee devices after a power outage at home.
When I try to add zigbee devices now it says zigbee could not start.

Has anyone experienced the same problems?
Is the zigbee unit in the homey damaged because of the power outage?

Did you already execute a Cold Restart of your Homey?
˵damaged because of the power outage?˶ Could because of the age of you Homey, but not very likely.

Have tried factory reset several times with no luck.
Not sure if the power outrage is the reason but the problem started after that.

Start recovery mode and select “Full software download” This installs the firmware from scratch, and solved many weird zigbee issues.
Also (temporary) replace the power brick with a decent one, 5VDC / 2Amps minimum.

Nice to hear!
I think it’s odd a factory reset doesn’t help, because (I assume) in that case the system gets freshly installed as well.
