As of Tuesday all of my Zigbee are not working anymore.
I have 45 Zigbee devices and all where working fine before Tuesday.
In my Android Homey app, all Zigbee devices are trying to connect. (running circle)
When selecting a device, the message : device unavailable (Aooaraat onbeschikbaar) is displayed.
In the Homey developer tools, under the Zigbee protocol, only the Homey device is present under Node0, so no other devices are present. (Empty list)
Multiple reboots didn’t do the job.
I have a Homey Pro (Early 2019)
Version 12.3.1
Disc Space 810.36 MB of 1.64 GB free
Memory 109.93 MB of 1.04 GB free
Replace the power unit by a decent 5VDC / 2A minimum unit, and restart Homey into recovery.
In the mobile app, select “Add new Homey” and select your model.
Follow instructions and wait for the menu option “Full software download” and select it.
This will install the firmware from scratch, and solved the weirdest zigbee issues.
Nothing of your data will be altered, but I’d recommend to have a recent backup at hand, just in case.
Homey 2019 is killing every zigbee chip . They do this after an update lat year or something. Happening to thousands of people. Look up Facebook groups etc. I got hold of an old 2019 and haven’t updated it. Not a problem:)
A search and you will find many thousands with the same problem. And the guy ms behind homey haven’t said anything. And credit to them. People just buy the new one
(I needed the aux output. So it wasn’t a option)
