From what I’ve read, a full system reset is required:

Homey v5.0.0 (Stable Release)

I sent an email to Athom support and they suggested to download and install the full update via the following steps: Hold your Homey upside down for 1 minute to enter recovery mode. When Homey enters the recovery, go to setup.athom.com with a laptop or desktop. Select your preferred language, and click “continue in browser”, shown in grey.
