Yellow Pulsing When Connected to USB App

My HomeyPro keeps crashing and rebooting. I’ve tried to connect to the USB recovery tool using a USB C port on my computer that I have verified works, and using a high-quality USB cable (one that supports both data and power delivery, the efficacy of which I have verified using my Samsung tablet). When I depress the pinhole button and connect the device to the computer, the ring pulses yellow and never transitions to orange.

Any help would be enormously appreciated; I am at a complete loss!

Just navigate to https://usb.homey.app/
It should be connected already.

(There’s no yellow ánd orange;
It’s breathing yellow-ish, and Athom calls it orange)

I am at that screen and the light is very much yellow not orange, if I release the pin while it’s still yellow (which it never ceases to be), and click next, it tells me no compatible device is found.

Figured it out. I needed to install the Windows Homey Driver first.
