I can’t seem to get this thing to connect to Homey. I am able to put it into discovery mode and discover it via plain z wave but it comes up as a basic light so the lock doesn’t work. When I try to go through the official yale app this is where the problem is. I enter everything it asks for but it keeps coming up with no devices discovered. I did read the other posts on this board and they were asking if both devices are on the same network. this lock should be connecting via z wave and not wifi so I’m not sure what is the problem.
Z-wave and zigbee locks are not supported. We only support WiFi. And we will not provide future for them in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience
