Hi,
I have added several Xiaomi devices (door/window sensors, motion sensors and wireless mini switches) via the Aqara app and they all work fine at first, but after a few minutes they give up and don’t do anything at all. In Homey app they seem to be online but they don’t send any information at all and are therefore unusable.
I use Homey Pro (2023).
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
There is already this being discussed - Xiaomi devices do not work well. Create diag report from the Homey and contact Athom, assuming you are on latest FW. I ended up using my old Xiaomi v2 gateway, 2 months ago, was just hoping this issue will get fixed soon.
