Wiser dimmer + Homey. Not receiving status

I recently installed a Schneider wiser dimmer “puck”. Everything works great controlling it from the homey app and everything works using the physical button. The problem is that homey bridge doesn’t receive any status changes when using the physical button. Not on, off or dimmer status. I borrowed a wiser gateway and it works perfectly in the wiser app. Any ideas?
