I am looking for a leak detector whose charge indication is supported by Homey. I had an Aqara one. The charge indication is supposed to work but it absolutely does not. The battery was indicated as 100% when in fact the battery was completely empty. Do you know of another leak detector for which we are sure that the charge indicator works?
I never trust battery indications and just test the devices once every month or so.
Would a water leak sensor with a power supply be an option?
- Fibaro Flood Sensor (Z-Wave)
- Aeotec Water Sensor 6 (Z-Wave, End of life)
A model not running on a battery would be a good option, but I see that both models proposed are in Z-Wave. Yet I have almost no device in Z-Wave and my detectors are quite far from my OMI Pro I would prefer it to be in Zigbee or Wi-Fi.
