Homey is namelijk “niet erg goed” in het automatisch opsporen van apparaten met een tussentijds gewijzigd IP adres.
Als je de verbinding vernieuwd lukt dat vaak wel, zoals je al hebt gemerkt.
Anders, als je Engels beheerst, of goed met deepl.com kunt copy/pasten, dan kun je je vraag het beste in het Twinkly topic stellen. Dan wordt de ontwikkelaar ook op de hoogte gebracht.

(Sorry have to use translate) Most likely. If you are not using the legacy driver anymore, your Twinkly is not detected by Homey’s device detection. The list of your Twinkly devices is queried from Twinkly’s API servers. So essentially Homey does not even know the IP of your Twinkly to begin with. Homey talks to the Twinkly api servers only these days.
The “Device seems to be offline” status is caused by the device status object returning online: false which usually is an indicator of your Twinkly having lost its connection to the Twinkly servers.
