Tuya valve controler

hi, how can i check wchich one tuya valve controler can be paired to homey pro, i found in tuya app valve controler and looks similar to one i found on aliexpress but how to check it will pair, please see screenshoots

You show a Wifi / zigbee valve, but you think you’d use the Tuya Zigbee app.
Which type you had in mind?

In case you really want to purchase a Wifi valve, you can use the Tuya Cloud app. Supported as device or not, you can always control it by using tap-to-run scenes.

Do realize Tuya Wifi depends on internet. Imho that is not the best system for water valves, I’d go for devices using local connections, such as zigbee zwave and the likes.

In case you want to buy a zigbee valve, chances are 50/50 for it to be supported by the Tuya Zigbee app.
The Tuya company has the nasty habit of using different firmware or device ID’s for similar looking devices.
Please read post #1 of the Tuya Zigbee app topic [APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App

there is two options for purchase i prefer zigbee one for sure.

sorry just founded list of supoorted valves, its Valve Controller

so any i purchase it will pair under icon i posted screenshoot before? in case it not get pair what options do i have to run this device via homey

i purchased temperature control too , but couldnt pair it with homey ( but icon look similar ) just working on tuya smart app, its ofc wifi one, any solution to pair it somehow aith homey? or rubbish

Yes, with Tuya wifi devices

For not-as-device-supported devices like sensors (which send data to Homey), you can use the RAW Commands workaround.
All info in post #1 of the app topic mentioned above.

The problem is, Tuya / Ali does not share those codes, like

on beforehand.

These are only reported when you actually purchase and add such a device as generic zigbee device.
But as I understand from recent posts in the Tuya Zigbee app topic, it shouldn’t be too hard to add a unsupported version of an similar supported model to the app yourself.

as its only temporary solution i am thiniking about it to take risk purchasing not compatible device instead wifi one, so i will probably take wifi one, i find out ( spent 2hrs) trying to log in to tuya app via homey but its not possible anymore. With tuya cloud i get msg on homey " please configure app first" when i search how, looks too difficult for me

The problem is, I can’t find a listing anywhere of what should work as generic zigbee device. Known devices are lights, switches and plugs.
One would think anything onoff should just work, but I certainly would not assume it does.
