hey ik heb sinds kort tuya screenbediening echter gaat deze maar 10 seconden omhoog of beneden,
is dit ergens in te stellen?
of heeft iemand anders hier ook problemen mee?
Heb je ze gecalibreerd, zodat het apparaat weet wat de ‘open’ stand en de ‘gesloten’ stand is?
Is er in de Tuya smart app (op je telefoon) ook niets te vinden over het inregelen van de Open en Dicht positie?
Die schakelaar weet nl. niet wanneer het aangesloten gordijn open is of dicht . Vandaar dat hij nu automatisch na 10sec stopt, zodat er niets stuk kan gaan.

Ik bedoelde de tuya app die op je smart foon geinstalleerd is. Daar moet je de curtain switch kunnen instellen.
En anders toch de gebruiksaanwijzing die er bij geleverd is er bij pakken.

My bad, sorry! Ik lees helemaal over ‘zigbee’ heen en ging met Tuya wifi in mijn hoofd aan de haal. Dan heeft de Tuya mobiele app en Tuya Cloud app op Homey er niets mee van doen…
Dan is het enige wat je nog kunt doen een zigbee interview doen op de curtain switch
(Homey Developer Tools), soms verschijnen er dan meer mogelijkheden/opties in de app.

Ik kan er niets in ‘lezen’, maar zoals ik al schreef kunnen er daarna soms meer mogelijkheden of opties in de app / in de device settings verschijnen
Owh zo, nee er is niets nieuws bij gekomen.
De test versie heb ik, want in 1e instantie werd hij helemaal niet ondersteund, na contact met ontwikkelaar is die toegevoegd, maar niet instelbaar. Maar verder hierover kreeg ik noet terig wanneer het geüpdatet word,
Dus dacht mischien heeft iemand anders een ander idee hoe dit is op te lossen.

Staat er echt niets in de handleiding?
Ik heb rolgordijn motortjes, en die kalibreer je door een knopcombinatie in te drukken en vast te houden, als hij voldoende open is op stop drukken, en dan sluiten; als hij dicht is op stop drukken en dan is hij gekalibreerd.
Misschien kan dit bij jouw module ook.
Dag Rick, ik had hetzelfde probleem. Ik heb uiteindelijk een Tuya zigbee gatheway gekocht en de curtain module eerst geconfigureerd (de tijd op/neer ingesteld) via deze gatway en de tuya app en daarna de module verbonden met Homey.
