Trust zigbee led dimmers loses connection

I have 3 built-in LED dimmers from Trust. These have worked for 8 months without any problem. But sometimes I get the message that there is no response and whether the device has power. The solution is not to “repair” the module, but to pair it again, which will work. It indicates that the module had already been added and works again for another day. After a day or sometimes 2 the same thing again. About 1 week this probleem started with one dimmer, now 3 dimmers have the same problem. Who knows what could be causing this??

This can be caused by all kinds of things.
When you did not update anything (also no auto updates!), it is possibly a changed (wifi) interference issue.

Maybe you’ll have to add an extra router device (in theory any mains powered zigbee device).

You’d check if your 2.4GHz wifi channel is on a fixed channel, and does not interfere with the used zigbee channel
Maybe a close neighbour changed their wifi.

Useful info:

I have more than 14 Zigbee nodes, so i think the signal must be goed. The thing i changed was a new Router for internet use. Is was set for automatic WIFI channel, so it could be possible a reason for thos problem. I now set the WIFI to a fixed channel 8. Yesterday i have paired once again 3 node’s, all KAKU led dimmers ZCM300. They working after pairing, know i have to wait is this problem is solved. Thanks for the tip!
