You should be able to select all manually startable flows in the Apple Shortcuts app.
Flows that are not manually startable (so, which don’t have a blue play button in an Advanced Flow, or the ‘This flow is started’ WHEN card in a Standard Flow) are not available in Apple Shortcuts.
