The zigbee of my homey says it is busy

The homey doesnt work the way I want. It says the zigbee is busy. First it didn’t work… also Philip Hue didnt work. I am new and not very familiar with how this works.

I have a Homey pro, Early 2019 it says… software version 7.3.0, yhe app 6.11.2.893. We tried reinstall, add a new homey, reset the zigbee. But nothing works

Which of the 3 apps? With or without the bridge?

Can you show a screenshot of the “zigbee is busy” error?

Did you tune wifi/zigbee channels (and check your neighbours’ wifi channels too!)

Did you report the whole issue at Athom also?
